How Payment Works

​

A 50% deposit will be required in order to schedule a transport. The remaining balance of your total will be charged to your card the morning of delivery of your pets. If you cancel your trip date within 14 days of your scheduled pickup date, you will be charged 50% of the total and refunded the remainder. Your deposit will be returned in full (minus processing fees) if the person making arrangements cancels at least 14 days prior to the transport.​

Legal Terms

Secure Pet Transport will transport all pets and pet-associated items such as toys and food for the parties and or families as agreed to in this contract as described in the accepted quote.

1. In addition to any other right or remedy provided by law, if the client fails to pay for the Services when due, Secure Pet Transport has the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of this Contract and may cancel this Contract and/or seek legal remedies.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY. Secure Pet Transport, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Secure Pet Transport, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to the client. Secure Pet Transport and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential.

3. Guarantees. Secure Pet Transport shall provide its services and meet its obligations under this Contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendations for performing the services which meet generally the acceptable standards set forth by the Humane Society. Secure Pet Transport will provide a standard of care equal to, or superior to, care used by service providers similar to Secure Pet Transport.

4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Contract contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this Contract. This Contract supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.
